Sustainaville, a charity-driven game for mobile, PC and Mac, has entered closed beta testing. The new game, developed by Good Games Productions, will donate all proceeds from in-game purchases directly to the international children's charity. Access the closed beta HERE.
Players will engage in various activities as aid workers who perform everything from providing food and healthcare to families in need, to ensuring water supplies and preparing towns for natural disasters. With its unique "donation platform," players can easily donate money directly to Save the Children and, in return, receive in-game currency and rewards.
"The closed beta test is a sneak peek into how the charity-driven model works, and how we have combined it with fun and unique gameplay," said Grantley Day, Founder of Good Games Productions. "This fun, yet eye-opening experience, will really help players to understand how Save the Children helps children and families around the world."
Save the Children works to inspire breakthroughs in the way the world treats children and to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives. Players will gain a better appreciation for the challenges that aid workers face and, in their own way, work towards a better future for all children.
